Graphicrule owns the copyright of all graphics, photographs, images, document layouts, artwork, text, fonts and other information is the copyrighted property of graphicrule.com, contained on this website unless otherwise specifically noted.
Purchase of Products or Services
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred through your purchase of any products or services at the time of purchase and at the rates in effect for the billing period in which such fees and charges are incurred. Graphicrule does not provide refunds or credits if the price for particular Products or Services previously purchased by you is lowered or is part of a promotional offer. All Products or Services purchased on a non-subscription basis (individual downloads, shipped products, photo cards) or promotional offerings are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchange
Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
I don’t accept returns or exchanges. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
There are no returns or exchanges on custom work.
Once I have given you a proof of custom work, I will not accept refunds.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
For holiday cards and card orders with a specific need by date, PLEASE order early.
If your need by date is less then 10 days away.. upgrading to Priority Mail is advised.
Delivery estimates (via Canada Post):
– Canada: 3-5 business days
– US: 4-7 business days
– Intl: 6-10 business days
Please note that these estimates are merely guidelines, and that there are many reasons beyond our control that might cause your package to be delayed.
Graphicrule is not responsible for any delivery delays after the package leaves the studio.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
